Stan replaced our how water heater. He did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He cleaned up afterwards and then explained fully what he saw and what he did.

Our heat was not working and they looked at it for about 15 minutes, said it was the electrodes, but you can't replace them separately, which we found out we can. They suggested that our unit was old (which it is) and we should consider replacing it. Later that day we got a call giving us quotes on our options. Our options were to replace the motor, replace the HVAC or replace HVAC and AC unit together to save money... We pushed to get the motor replaced to save money. However, they told us replacing the motor was not an option because they do not make them anymore for our older unit. Well my husband was able to purchase a motor online, got it in a day and installed it himself. The unit was still not working and the entire issue ended up being a simple electrical fix that took 15 minutes to repair. TRUST NO ONE. Very disappointed they did not thoroughly look into our issue and only spent 15 minutes to wrongfully diagnosis our problem. Do as much research and trouble shooting as you can before letting a company sway you into buying a new unit for $10,000 of thousands of dollars.

Arrived on time. Explained what was going to take place. Asked questions about system. Made sure that I was satisfied. Offered other ideas on how to add additional performance. Did not try to sell me anything which made the experience even better.

Did a water heater and ac maintenance. Guys were super professional, did the job quickly, and didn't try to sell me on anything. Highly recommend
