My family has used Town Oil to service our boiler since 1963 (that's not a typo!) and they have always done well by us during the past 57 years. I've had Town Oil Co. for the last 3 years and I gotta say, they're great! Fair pricing, proactive and dependable service. They make having oil heat forgettable. They just take care of everything. I just checked to my last bill to find that my pricing is still well under what others are charging. It feels good knowing you don't have to call or check up on them.

In having to deal with a very detailed oriented person as myself who is knowledgeable about many trades, but not physically able to perform some, it is so easy to put in words how magnificent Town Oil of Wethersfield ,CT is. They have a positive attitude, the knowledge and ability to communicate with a customer in such a way that one senses they will not be taken advantage of like other contractors who came to estimate the same job. Maybe other contractors do this as well but when Tim, the owner, arrived on the job, he joined as a hard working team member. You simply can't lose hiring these guys. The price was reasonable, and they were not looking to inflate their profit margin by a totally off the wall percentage. I encourage you to get other estimates then call Town Oil for your HVAC needs.

I've been a customer for 14 years. The staff are so friendly. They have been there quickly for emergencies. I have no complaints on pricing.

They won't even give you a straight price! They want to sell you on a contract first, which is about as crooked as it gets. Go somewhere else, I am!!!
