Art did an excellent job servicing my forty seven year old gas furnace. He made a protective panel that was missing and installed it. He also diagnosed and repaired my forty seven year old gas fireplace and remote that had not worked for several years. Art is competent reliable and his service's were cost effective. Art has helped me over a period of years. First he repaired and maintained my old style HVAC system. When I decided to upgrade my system he removed the old system and installed the new in a single day. I purchased a sophisticated thermostat that can be controlled by my iPhone, iPad or computer and he relocated that to my desired location. Excellent, timely work.

If you are looking for a professional who puts you and YOUR best interest above the profit, look no more. I had an untimely (when is it timely, right?) HVAC failure. I called several local companies and majority wanted to basically replace the entire system. If you are somewhat technical and the explanations do not add up, you look for someone that provides you with level of confidence. Only one other company diagnosed faulty circulator pump. It is understood that when the system is very old and shows certain signs of fatigue, it does not make sense to continue patch it up. And at that point, it makes sense to upgrade to a new system. But I value having options and a professional opinion supported by facts. When Ardian stopped by (same day), he took his time exploring and explaining potential options as the best suiting our situation. From the moment that I met with Ardian, the encounter was very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of options, to the repair, it was top notch. I would strongly recommend this local company. This is not the only service provided and we are always very happy.
