Scheduling was a breeze! The day of my appointment they provided me with tracking that let me know Scott’s exactly arrival time. Scott was awesome! Prompt and professional. I had so many questions and he answered them all and provided information that I needed. Definitely recommend and will use again! We family now all my services will be through Pelletier!

Nick was just great. Explained everything he did. Suggested some maintenance items that we should be doing between annual service. Explained some additional services that they have launched to make a customer's experience better. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on the installation, very professional throughout the process. Gary and Andrew were both very knowledgeable and explained all of the improvements made and how to get the most out of the new system. Pelletier installed a ducted heat pump system in our ranch-style house built on a slab (everything is overhead). Gary worked with us to provide a system compliant with CT Green Bank requirements, ensuring that the mechanicals would be accepted for EnergizeCT rebates. Asanté and Ty worked tirelessly for a week making sure that all the equipment was placed properly in our attic, and that every room had well-positioned overhead registers. We are over the moon with the result. We expect that replacement of our all-electric baseboard heating system is going to save us big bucks in the winter heating system, and we have central air as a bonus that will even out our indoor temperatures in the summer. Pelletier Mechanical Services did an outstanding and responsive job!

James came out for estimate. Answered all questions expertly and provided additional information where needed for AC replacement & Heat Exchange addition. Very nice personality, polite, and a good listener.
