They will be coming back to service our AC unit. Very pleased with the receptionist who was very friendly and patient with my 20 questions. Never felt rushed. Technician was also very friendly,on time and took the time to explain and answer questions I had. Wonderful service.

Bill Berg was our technician. He came to service our mini-split system the afternoon before the July 4th holiday and in no way was he in a hurry to end his day. He was professional and explained the situation to me. Extremely pleased. I like how Pelletier schedules the appointments as well as informing me who will be the technician. Bill was very professional and polite. He arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions professionally. Bill is extremely hard working and neat. There was no mess left behind, he cleaned up each day. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his professionalism.

Update #2, Bill and Andrew came by for another look at my system. I'm very happy that they came by to give another look - they are giving me solutions that for multiple problems that make much more sense than the solution provided to me by the first guy who came by. Additionally, they were able to obtain and give me filters that will actually work for my system.

I had a good conversation with Jasmine about the issue with my heat pump. She listened carefully and wrote down the details I provided. A service call was scheduled, and email reminders appeared to confirm the date and time.
Will was on time for the service call and listened to what was happening with our heat pump. He explained the workings of the system and what he was doing while he worked. When he had isolated the problem, he quickly obtained the part from a local supplier. Will had the new 24 volt transformer neatly installed in minutes. He knew exactly how to test and repair the system. He inspected and cleaned the outside unit.

Will also took time to answer the questions I had about thermostats and fan centers. He was forthcoming about the workings of our cooling system and explained things thoroughly. He asked if there was anything else that he could do before he finished up.
Will is highly skilled and dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with the results of his work.

When I inquired about a new heat pump installation in the future, Will put together an estimate to replace our aging system.

I felt the invoice was fair and I was able to pay him with my credit card upon his completion of the job.

I will absolutely continue to do business with Pelletier Mechanical Services. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

Ty and Assante put in our new AC and Heating system. They were super professional and did an amazing job! They had to replace a poorly put in system and they fixed everything and updated our thermostats to the google nest ones. Everything was finished in a timely manner and we were kept updated every step of the way. We had Will come out first to give us the quote and he was also very professional and informative. I would highly recommend Pelletier to anyone who needs HVAC services in the future!

This was my first time using this business. I contacted the after hours emergency line on a Friday night due to my furnance malfunctioning. "Will" the technician responded within 15 minutes of my initial call. He arrived at the estimated time of arrival, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business!!!
