I met with James at my house for a estimate to repair our furnace. James was punctual and spent a lot of time explaining the process of replacing our heating system along with other options and comparisons. Based on other factors, we did not use Pelletier but, out of 5 or 6 companies that came out, they were definitely our second choice.
