Pelletier Mechanical Services, LLC

We’ve used Pelletier previously and have consistently been very happy with them. From scheduling appointments with Jolene (who is always courteous, attentive and accommodating) to the actual service appointment, this company truly goes above and beyond. The other reviews mentioning they are now “customers for life” are spot on. Don’t hesitate on whether or not to use Pelletier, call them!
This time around we had the pleasure of having the technician Nick for ac maintenance/repair. He was not only professional, hardworking and thorough but he took the time to review and explain everything. He even identified a potential issue that may be causing extra wear to our heating system.

We had two heat pumps and air handlers with new thermostats and vent registers installed. Anthony and his crew did a great job. The systems are working great and saving us dollars.

Scott did our fall boiler inspection this year and he was friendly and professional.

Update: Nick came out to troubleshoot a condensate pump and he got it working quickly. Like Scott he was friendly and professional.

I called several other AC repair services and was given wait times of several days. Pelletier was able to get someone out same day, and their tech fixed things quickly. Plus, for all the work that was done, the price was fairly reasonable!
