I had an excellent service from OSA installing brand new compressor and air handler for my AC/Heating system. With tight space through my attic they manage removed and replaced air handler. They very clean wearing shoe covers prevent dirt into my house. Highly recommended A+++ for me.

I would highly recommend OSA! They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Josh was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Will definitely be using OSA for all of my A/C and heating needs.

I've had OSA out for three different issues, two of which were fully covered by my HomeServe service plans (new hot water heater, A/C unit not cooling) and one of which I paid for myself. In each instance they were on-time, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and neat! Great service and expertise, thank you!

I was told the technition would be to my house between 1:pm and 4:pm on a Friday. He finally arrived at 6:45 pm and told me he would have to order a new motor for my A/C system. When they called to schedule the motor to be installed I told the office manager, John, that showing up at my house at 6:45 pm on a Friday night was unacceptable and I needed them to uphold their 4 hour window that I was given. John clearly had an attitude so I told him his customer service sucked and he then told me that I sucked!. I called to talk to Ozzie, the owner and John told me that he was Ozzie's personal assistant and ALL calls must go through him. I have since shared my experience with American Home Shield who used OSA as a preferred heating and cooling and they have since removed them from their preferred server. Thanks for your experience, John. Have a great day!

BuYer beware! OSA recommended second unit to keep the whole house warm and cool during winter and summer - now summer is here and the new unit is not working and it is 95 degrees - and it is 6 months old!!

OSA says they offer 24/7 service - no one calls back - week has gone by and same issue. We call again and again and finally someone calls back but can't come until Sunday morning.

We called another company to come out and they came right away (since I have 2 kids and it was 95 degrees) and determined there is an issue with unit and installation. The new company got us through until OSA shows up but still had to pay new company $$600

Finally OSA comes Sunday morning and the guy walks in and out within 5 minutes. Says "if another company fixed it temporarily why am I here" because the warranty is with OSA !!

Not only is this company unprofessional and have the worst service - their employees are rude and they clearly don't know what they are doing!

Great experience. I called early on a Sunday morning and they responded and were at my home within an hour and a half. Professional, on-time, reasonably priced and very helpful. Highly recommended

I don't usually write a review but my experience with this company is unbearable. I am not sure why this company is still in business. the owner is very rude.
Trust the other reviews here in google. I experienced it my self. He just told me " why? you don't trust me? " after telling me that they fixed the problem. They also tried to blame me for problems that they had on a new AC unit that they installed after malfunctioning. There are other companies out there stay away from this one.

I have used this company exclusively for a while now. Always impressed. There is a reason I keep going back. Office is friendly and happy to help. Technicians are knowledgeable and patient.General Manager went above and beyond!

I enjoy working for the OSA and our dedicated staff. We work hard to help clients and customers everyday. It’s a great way to serve the people of Connecticut.

Worst HVAC company out there. They wanted to replace my evaporator coil, which they claimed had a tinnnyyyy leak with an oversized unit which would then cost me an additional $1000+ for modifying and butchering the duct, electrical and cooling line. They claimed they don’t make replacement oem coils for my 6 year old rheem unit.
I go on line and find the oem factory Rheem coil on rheems website for $500. No modifications required. It was literally remove and replace. John then said they don’t do online orders because parts are 42% more expensive. I even offered to pay the difference and he said no.
Essentially John and osa wanted to rob from me $1000+ dollars and butcher my unit. I had another contractor come in today and there was no leak, at all, in the evaporator coil.
I rest my case.
