They didn't come or call the first day, after giving us a time frame of 3-5 and I called three times. With a sick 17 month old. They called the next morning to apologize, came out that night, and made an appointment to come back with the replacement parts to fix it. Nice guy. Worked quickly and got the job done. Rating is mostly due to initial contact- or lack thereof

OSA and John the owner is a dirtball. He is in bed with American home shield and caters to their every request. He installed a cheap Payne AC unit with rotting insulating conduit. He had no balls to label an ac unit a 'ductless ac unit' to AHS under pressure. He was rude and obnoxious on the phone. I cancelled my HVAC contract with them as well. Useless, go somewhere else.

Horrible Customer service rendered by the General Manager. Technicians and staff are friendly and accommodating but management take 0% ownership of unresolved issues and is quick to say it's your problem and does not care how to fix it. Today I was faced with most disrespectful call back after staff indicated someone would be back out to fix my unresolved a/c which they had already come out repair. Be ware if you decide to choose this company they will leave you hanging if there's an issue!

Company was sent to my house by American Home shield for a broken AC. While the tech seemed knowledgeable that is where the good ends with this company. I received an estimate of overages above what AHS would pay, the amount was close to the full job amount from another company. Then on top of this I received a permit fee that would make the permit cover a $25,000 job...... aneedless absolutely high end amount would be $5000..

It is always a pleasure when dealing with professionals who understand there industry. There are helpful and perform high quality service and installation.
