Have been using Casey for close to 40 years. Service is immediate and of the highest quality. Service and oil prices are reasonable too.
Recent service by technician Hal was superb. Called in the problem at 8:00 AM, technician arrived at 8:30 and complex problem was fixed shortly.
Would highly recommend Casey and would like to commend Hal as an exceptional service expert.

We had Hal & Flavio service two of our A/C units today and I can't recommend them enough! They helped me out with advice on our units - filters sizes to order, when to change them, and what temp. to keep them running at...etc. This type of service is exactly what your looking for in a repair/service personnel.

Jennifer was so helpful in getting me set up with Casey. She communicated with my former gas company to release me from my commitment to them and now I am happily with Casey. It was great piece of mind and excellent customer service.

Our AC broke after hours on a hot evening and with an infant we needed our AC working to ensure a good night's rest. We called the emergency repair line, and the technician (Mark) called us back within a few minutes to let us know he was on the way. Mark was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond to get our unit working again! He didn't have the part we needed on his truck, but he called a nearby technician who did, went to pick up the part, and installed it, so we were back up and running in no time. We had a horrible rattling of our furnace and AC unit to the point where the walls shook. The guys at Casey went above and beyond to figure out the problem and fix it. They kept checking upstairs to make sure they got it right and did an amazing job. Could have ripped us off or done it half way but didn't. Great people.

Very good and professional crews that come out for service and repairs. Small town feel - they know you on the phone, know your address and are aware of your issues. A very solid oil supplier and service provider.
