Servco Oil & Propane

Excellent service. All of the people that work at Servco that I came in contact with are true professionals, efficient, well trained, competent and truly care about doing a good job. I could not be happier.
Previous to doing business with Servco, I hired people from smaller companies. Last "technician" that came to my house from that "other" company told me my boiler was damaged, after charging me $500 to "fix"it.
It's been close to a year and the boiler never worked so good. Last maintenance the technician left the boiler running so smooth and was so clean that it looked like new.
You just can't go wrong with Servco

Servco was my third call, but the first company to take the time to understand the underlying problems. The team was knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and pleasant to be around. From now on, they're my first call.

Propane wall heater issue in my separate laundry room over this last weekend took a bit more to resolve. It was much colder than it has been in years. I did add additional insulation in anticipation. In any event, after numerous attempts to restart the pilot failed, one tech checked it. I'll leave it there b/c there are too many excellent people at Santa, one of whom is Xavier. He came out Monday am, quickly diagnosed what part was needed-a thermocoupler and was able to obtain it. He returned w/ it in hand the following day and had it quickly repaired. Many thanks to a great guy.

I have used Servco for 50 years - I think that says something! I have continued using their services because of their dependability and their consistent amenability.

I've been a customer for many years because I had no reason to switch to another company. The staff is friendly and always willing to help when I call. Your technicians are wonderful to deal with and provide excellent service.

Easy to setup appointments. I had a propane furnace installed for heating this winter. Installation was done on time and as promised. the 'crew' cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, if needed (though I hope this furnace lasts me at least 20 odd years

So, I have to share my experience.
We just had Servco install a minisplit system in our home. The men who did the install were very professional, and overall did a great job. They were punctual, respectful, just great people. Management was also great to work with.
Now, here's the kicker. Unfortunately, one of our units for the house ended up being insufficient to cool the area it was designed for. This is unfortunately, and was a design mistake. However, the reason I so strongly recommend using Servco is because despite the fact that this was a ~$6,000 mistake, they remedied the problem very quickly and professionally with no pushback and replaced the unit with a bigger one. It is so rare in this day and age to actually find a company that stands by their work and goes out of their way to correct a mistake that I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Every company makes mistakes sometimes, and I do not hold this against them - but very few of them actually fix them.

We have used Servco for over 7 years. They have professionally handled and serviced our laundromat oil needs .Their budget payment system allows an estimated annual oil charge to be budgeted on a 12 monthly basis and avoids big up and down payments. Overall very satisfied with the company.

Look no further for a home heating oil and/or propane provider! Servco is great in all aspects - from their customer service and the friendly staff in their office to the technicians that come for service, and can't forget the delivery man! Truly, I can't say enough how great Servco has been and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

Everything was great. Quick responses, professional installs, everything worked as expected, and servco worked with us! Also felt that I could joke with the workers as they were in and out and it was a nice change of pace. Highly highly highly recommend them to anyone! We have had a lot of contractors over the years, and these guys were by far the best! Not only was their work top notch, but they also wanted to make the install process for us was extremely easy. Anytime we had a concern or there was a question they were determined to give us that feedback or squash any concerns.
We specifically had a great group. We had Ron work with us on what we wanted installed and very knowledgeable about financing options and install units. He was also super friendly and we never once got the vibe he was trying to take us for a ride. Best guy to work with, hands down! The installers - rich and Issac, who installed all units, were courteous, kind, professional, and overall amazing with the quality of work. No scratches, nicks, or damage to anything that was otherwise fragile and all the units look incredible and neat. The space in our attic was also challenging to work in and they did a great job up there installing the unit. We had a case where a line was run for a mini split downstairs and upstairs. They hid the upstairs and downstairs line under the same outside brace and made everything look professional and clean. It minimized the lines visually. We had Jake come through after and test everything and inform me on how to use all the products and gave me information on how to maintain it. Because I was curious, he even showed me the outside unit and answered any questions I had. Every single person was over the top and I can't stress this enough - these are the guys you want to install your heat/air. You will not regret it!
And in case anyone else is curious, we won't through capitalforchange to get our loan for heat. They worked with us through that process! 100/10 on an out of 10 scale
