We bought a house in Westport a couple of years back, and the engineer who looked it over for us first recommended Servco. I'm so glad he did!
Servco has been outstanding from the very start. When anything goes wrong, their response is immediate: they come over in storms; they show up at night; and they always get the job done quickly, efficiently, and, of course, professionally. They're just as good on the day-to-day stuff (keeping the household oil topped up and so forth). And added to that, everyone in the company I've ever had dealings with has been friendly. A+ all around!

Our family moved to Wilton in 1984, and Servco has been our first and forever fuel company.
I live in an old stone farm house with a shallow basement built on granite shelf, below soil level. The basement has always been prone to flooding, so I had one and then 2 sump pumps installed, which have done a good job of keeping water out. Then the last tropical storm hit, and the ground was so saturated that they couldn’t keep up with it; water was just coming back in right through the pumps!
It knocked out the pilot box of the old propane hot water heater. It would have cost nearly as much as to replace the heater. However, it was really hard to find a kind of replacement heater that could get a pilot far enough off the floor to prevent a recurrence.
I was without hot water for a week and a half. It felt like my old camping days!
The whole Servco staff took care of me. Donna calmed me down and was so kind on the phone. Mike Buono came to my house and went over possibilities with me, and after that, he stayed on top of what was happening every day. He’s the best representative you have for us older residents!
It was so wonderful, during the hardest time, knowing that the Servco staff were there for me and doing their best to help me every day.
A special shout-out to Vinny, who came up with the idea of an indirect system to the oil furnace! That’s what we eventually went with. You guys got on it right away and had one delivered the day after the decision. Andy came over the same morning and worked most of the day getting it installed and up and running by the end of the afternoon.
I then had my first warm shower and ran the dishwasher for the first time in something like 12 days, and I’m here to tell you I will never take hot water for granted again!
You guys got me through that miserable time with so much professionalism, attention, and kindness, I feel as though Servco is part of not just my Wilton community, but of my Wilton family!
I haven’t ever had better dealings with any company ever, bar none!

I am extremely impressed with Servco Oil; Mike Buono. When my wife and I first bought our home in May of 2019, we were told that our boiler was on its final leg. Mike came to our home in October to look at the boiler and confirmed what >we had been told; Mike mentioned that we would be lucky to get through the winter. Mike provided us with an estimate for replacing the boiler and adding a separate hot water tank. I stayed in touch with Mike throughout the >winter- he was always more than accessible whenever we had questions. As soon as the boiler went, Mike immediately had a team at our home.
