East Coast Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used East Coast since they installed a new HVAC system in our home over a year ago. The system works beautifully. We found them to be fair with pricing. The owner Kevin is hands on and professional and the people working for him are extremely courteous and friendly.
We absolutely recommend East Coast!

Kevin installed our unit last year and delivered what he promised - looked at several other installers but Kevin was honest and the most knowledgable. We will definitely be using East Coast for servicing and any other HVAC needs.

As a general contractor for 40 years I have worked with quite a few HVAC companies. Kevin and his team always deliver quality above everything else. I have been using him exclusively for 10 years.
Plain and simple, I get a great job with no call backs.
What else could you ask for ?

The tech did not come into the office and check that the ventilation registers were even bowing air. The second company I had to call in found the air handler fan blower was off center and not rotating appropriately.
The tech from East coast came back, again not coming in to the office and they simply sent a quote to replace the condenser due to a “leak” .

Totally useless experience for me. The hats the absolute truth of our experience unfortunately. I’m hopeful the owner of the business will call me to discuss this as I’ve be unable to speak to anyone to resolve this.

East Coast recently did a full house AC installation for me. They were amazing. From the very first, they treated me courteously and professionally. They showed up on time, kept the house clean and did their job fast. The system they put into my home is fantastic. It’s so quiet and cool. I can’t recommend them enough. Call Sandy, she handles all the appointments. Kevin, the owner, will come out to supervise the installation. I can’t recommend their entire team highly enough!

So glad I worked with Kevin! I had gotten multiple estimates and AC system designs as my system was complex. Kevin worked through all the ideas and helped me land on the best possible option. He provided flexibility but also expert advice. His price was less than the larger shops and I got the same equipment with better customization. He also brought a great crew. Great experience all the way around.

Kevin, Sandy and the team were responsive, professional, and efficient. I needed two new A/C units replaced in the height of the summer heat, and in spite of the supply chain issues related to COVID, the team came through quickly. Later, when I thought I had a problem (I didn’t), Kevin came out that day. As a new homeowner in the area, I went through two other HVAC companies before my trusted contractor pointed me to East Coast Heating and A/C. I’m glad he did.

After purchasing my new home East Coast replaced the old hot water heat with forced air and all new custom duct work as well as central AC. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. The work was meticulous and both the heat and AC are still working perfectly 15 years later. Highly recommended.

Kevin did a great job assessing our system and quickly provided a solution to get us up and going. We have had mixed experiences with other companies telling us that we needed all this extra stuff. Kevin and his team are no - nonsense, efficient, professional, and high quality service providers.

We lost 3 AC units when a tree fell on them. The installation was complicated by the tree removal and damage to a wall so there was a lot of coordination. Not only did Kevin give us the best price, he completed the work earlier than anticipated. We are very happy with the services performed and would highly recommend their services.
