I recently had a problem with my back up generator. I called Casey Energy, who has sold and installed the generator last year. They promptly answered my call (no voice mail hell) and was out in less than an hour on a service call, fixed the problem, now that is superior service. Hal and Flavio provided our home with prompt service and diagnosed our furnace issues quickly as it is over 25 years old. The repairs required two visits to fix all the problems but they kept us well informed as to what needed to be replaced and why. I would gladly recommend them for furnace service of any kind.

We are a Casey Energy Customer. Just had our boiler cleaned this morning, in preparation for the winter season. Your Technician Hal came to our home. Did a fine job. Backed in upon arrival. That's the SAFE thing to do. That is part of a good safety culture we had at CL&P Co., and it's good to see Casey Energy espousing the same culture.

Hal cleaned the boiler, replaced the filter(s), etc. He placed disposable pads under the filter area to catch any drips, so he left the floor clean and did his work in a "neat and workmanlike manner". That's good customer service!

I find the same good workmanship manner from all the Casey employees that come to our home, from boiler work, to fuel deliver, Casey delivers a good product and great service!

I’m going to guess this business hasn’t made their pledge to Compassionate Ridgefield. The house I just purchased has been “serviced” by Casey energy since 2004, but despite being armed with a complete lack of home heating/cooling experience I have identified faults and major efficiency issues (confirmed by professionals) that were somehow missed/disregarded during two of their visits to the home in the past four months.
