My experience with Casey was nothing but positive. I had been in touch with another contractor who gave me misguided information and was setting me up to spend thousands of dollars needlessly. Casey came to my rescue and fixed my issues quickly and without any unnecessary charges. They were always responsive and checked in to make sure we had no issues after the job was completed. Overall, great service.

Fantastic service…. James and his partner responded same day to a carbon monoxide issue resulting from a propane furnace failure. They located parts same day in upstate CT that multiple other firms said would take 30+ days. With temperatures dropping into negative numbers in the next 24 to 48 hours they both stayed late into the evening to ensure everything was installed and working properly. Professional, understanding and 100% customer focused.

Casey provides propane and service for my burner. We had an issue with the burner and Casey responded immediately. James determined the issue and made the necessary repair just before frigid cold set in. Thanks Casey. Great job !

Level billing plan and automatic delivery but no oil delivery here. Called to find out that technician can drop a few gallons and I’ll be billed extra. Absurd. Been with them for a year. Generator and AC service was a waste…didn’t renew that this year. Boiler service guy showed up the day before he was scheduled like it was no big deal. Customer service is pretty slow, too. Looking for other oil delivery companies now. Heard good thing about Montanari Fuel.

I moved to Ridgefield last year and am so happy with the service that is provided by Casey. I started with a contract for propane and oil delivery and was so impressed with the responsiveness of the team and techs that I am now using Casey for servicing my heating and cooling systems and I also contracted with them to put in a generator. I had a problem with my boiler last winter and they sent a tech within an hour of my call. My problem was fixed quickly and the fee was very reasonable. I also feel that the service plans have been invaluable and Hal, who serviced my boiler and cooling systems is the best- very patient at explaining everything and I really like the peace of mind knowing that my equipment is getting the care it needs so that they can last for hopefully many more years. All the other techs have also been wonderful and professional and get the job done.

Hal and Mike spent several hours in our home investigating doing an annual check & tuneup of our furnace. They discovered issues with our water heater that needed immediate attention. They were engaging and very professional. We highly recommend Casey Energy!
