This company was bought out in April 2017 by some large company. Customer service is horrendous. I have a no heat situation. After waiting 2 days for scheduled service I called and was told they couldn't find my order. Customer service was not just incompetent but but rude. Will never call them again.

I am always pleased with the knowledgeable, friendly staff, both on the phone and in person. We’ve been customers for many, many years!

Mercury is one of the FEW companies where your treated like a person not just an account number. They LISTEN to you and work with you to not just satisfy their own needs but yours as well. Ask yourself what thats worth in todays world.

Called this morning to make a payment and the girl I spoke with was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. Always find the office and staff on top of anything that that you need or ask about.
