Clark's Heating

Got to say Clark heating did a very good job. Will have them do the cleaning every year. Customer service was very nice and they was honest. Please remember the opinion you should follow should be your own But take this review as a second opinion from a complete stranger online.

I called Clark's Heating mid-December last year when we woke up in what seemed like a freezer. Justin arrived in a timely manner and was I ever happy! He replaced a thermo coupler.

This company does not try to rip you off and based on my first call, I can tell that they are very nice and professional.

I called again this morning (1/9/21) because we didn't have heat again. Justin advised me to change the thermostat batteries and give him a call back. That didn't work, but instead of waiting for my call back, Justin contacted me and came out to check the thermostats and furnace. Lo' and behold, the pilot light was out. He took care of it and off he went.

I will definitely be calling Clark's back for cleaning/maintenance services. I highly recommend this company. You can't go wrong.

Absolutely amazing, we needed them our boiler broke down they came out once after an ice storm this was yesterday, then a boiler still wasn't working right they came out yet again I called them at 6:00 p.m. that same day for the first service and they had my boiler completely fixed and running like it's never ran before by 9:00 in the morning they adjusted their times and they adjusted themselves through all this to service the community and to help the family absolutely amazing people couldn't recommend them enough

20 years ago The owner of Clarks Heating (Bill Sr) was in my home for roughly 6 hours replacing my broken furnace in the middle of December.

He finished up around 2am, never had any doubt about who we would use from that day forward.

WE LOVE CLARKS!! They are our one and only go to for anything that require home heat attention. Previously used to replace two failing propane boilers at my fiancé’s duplex, we were sure to use them again for our new fixer upper. They installed a brand new heating system to replace our 50 year old oil boiler that was plumbed “all wrong” per Bill, the owner of the company. Bill personally converted us from oil to propane and ensured the four separate zones were done “all right” this time around! We went from having subpar or non-functioning heat in half the zones in the home to a perfectly functioning and now super efficient system! Super happy with the turn out and will always use Clark’s for anything we require in the future.

Key points to keep in mind:
They are always extremely prompt. If you call with any issues, they head straight over, no matter the time of day. It really makes you feel like you are a priority. They really value their customers satisfaction and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work.

Their work is top notch. Being an engineer, I am quite particular when it comes to installation cleanliness and organization. Clark’s nails it! Everything is installed and laid out cleanly and it clearly shows they really take pride in their work. They aren’t there to just get it done!

Huge value! You never feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Their quoting process is laid out so it can be understood easily. Having received and seen quotes for similar work in the past, you really can’t beat their prices!!

Switched from using daniels as they would always try charging more then they said and had shotty work. First place i tried after them was clarks and im very impressed. They were very knowledgeable and very fair on price. I had them come to check out a noise, no emergency at the time, about 2 hours before they arrived my furnace stopped working. He immediately made me a priority. Found out what my problem was but didnt have part in stock, he made an hour round trip to get my parts from a warehouse and it took him 30 mins to fix. Be only charged me for the parts and the 30 mins to fix. Great guys, will definitely use again and recommemd to my friends.

Very professional and friendly. Installed my hybrid hot water heater today and did a great job. Fixed some things that other companies never bother to check. I would highly recommend them.

Quick to assume the furnace was broken within 5 minutes of inspecting without running any real tests.
