My boiler/water heater was making awful noises - I called for an appointment and was offered Monday (after the weekend), which I took. Angie, however, also said she could see if anyone was free the day of my issue - and sure enough she called later in the day and Conrad came over. Apparently my unit needed replacement and he stayed almost 5 hours to make sure the old tank was drained, the new system installed, and everything was set up and working correctly. We live in a home where prior owners did a lot of self set up so our heating/cooling systems are not standard installs. I appreciate the time invested in identifying and solving our problems fully. I highly recommend Conrad and Chris with any heating/cooling issues! Thanks!

My air conditioning went at the worst time, my elderly mother just moved in 3 weeks ago and we were having an extreme heat wave. I contacted Degree Heating and Cooling and due to my situation they fit me in. My AC central unit needed to be replaced. Degree did this for us and we could not have been happier with their service. They squeezed us in for the install, you can tell they care about their customers. From the office staff to the technician (Juan) who looked at my old AC unit and the technicians who installed the new unit (Tobey and Jessie), all knowledgeable, so courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and plan to be a preferred customer.

I had lost my heat end of November 20 degrees and i couldn't get anyone to come out. Degree fit me in and Chris was great found the problem quickly and the heat was back on in no time. They have earned a customer in me and they will be handling my heating and cooling in the future.

I just feel cheated and dumb here. We had called in to complain our heat wasn't working. Being first time home owners this was new to us. The first thing that was checked when the technicians came home was the thermostat. Later they went to the furnace and changed the batteries and reset the thermostat. But the key thing to look was the temperature we had set on the thermostat was 60 and the inside temperature was 66. Obviously we didn't realise the mistake,( how would the heat turn on)🤦‍♀️,until the technicians left. On the phone we were told 99$ for diagnostics, but they charged a whooping 179$ for this. So basically we were charged 179$ for being dumb and getting 2 new batteries.

As always, knowledge of Technicians is superior to other Heating & Cooling service providers. Today, Dan provided quality maintenance with an explanation of services performed, highlighting any potential concerns. Very pleased w/professionalism of Degree technicians.

Toby was my service technician. He was extremely helpful in not only understanding my issue, but explaining what he could do to repair it. He was polite, on time and very clean service.

First time I have used degree and will continue to use them when needed based on my experience. I highly recommend them!

Avoid like a plague. Had them come fix my heating and the tech was in the basement for about 10 mins and I was shocked with the bill he handed me. He probably spent more time writing up what he “did” than actually ”fixing“ the issue. The guy couldn’t even look at me in the eyes and explain what the issue was.
The heat went out again just hours later. I called them and another guy come and he seemed to know what was going on. A new part needed to be ordered which I understood. Part came the next day and I got heat back. Phew.
The following day (4th day) I woke up to a puddle of water in the basement. The unit was leaking. Called and emailed them and nothing, no response, just ignored me.
Save yourself some headache and call somebody else.

Dan from Degree came for yearly heating system maintenance. And as usual, technician was respectful, polite, professional and went above and beyond. He shut off my outdoor hose which burst and I hadn’t realized it! I highly recommend this company.

We have used Degree for close to 20 years. We have tried others over the years, and no one seems to come close. Their people are always professional and knowledgeable. They followed all COVID protocols. They recently did a furnace/AC install, and it went really well - so much better this winter!

My husband built our house and Degree was responsible for installing everything from the start, heating and central air, all duct work etc. . . Our home was built almost 7 years ago and Degree services all units every year for regular routine maintenance and has since installed a separate heating/air conditioning unit in our bonus room. We couldn't be happier with the service and expertise that they provide. We have worked with many of their employees and all are knowledgeable and professional. When in doubt they do not hesitate to say that they need to double check with the manufacturer or someone in their company that has more experience with a particular issue. At this point, they all know the name of my children and are more than happy to answer the girls questions when they come to our house. Thanks Degree!
