Rich‘s Oil Service

We have been a customer of Rich’s oil for 4+years and they have always been amazing with us. Very timely and the customer service staff is always so kind.

Knowledgeable and friendly however horrible at customer service. 3 weeks, several calls, never gave us our HVAC quote, only excuses.

They came over the weekend to make sure that we had oil, when my husband and I let the oil go down to empty. I am pleased with their service!

Customer service is always prompt and courteous. Techs are professional and proficient. Excellent service!

The service manager was extremely helpful! I had a emergency he was kind and answered all my questions went above and beyond!
