Rich‘s Oil Service

The tenant didn't call me until 3 weeks later to tell me that the radiators stopped working right after the technician left. The service manager sent a technician to bleed the air as part of the prior service. I am thankful the manager is understanding that tenants don't always stay on top of the maintenance and is willing to get the radiators function properly.

I hired Rich's Oil Setvice to install and service my Enfield home boiler for the last 15 years and will now hire them for my Suffield home. Why? Well it comes down to Trust and Reliability. They get Five stars for both.There oil delivery also excels.

Have used them for some years to deliver oil. Very reliable. Have even accommodated me in emergencies. Love the kindness of ladies in the office. Have never just not shown up like some non-local oil companies. Also used for burner service emergencies. All the techs friendly professional and helpful.

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews, as my experience with Rich's has been excellent. They have been helpful in several different types of issues and circumstances I've had in my new home. Their delivery guys are as polite as can be, they are on time, and their office staff have been knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them highly.

Very smooth process from beginning to end quick quote over the phone no pressure to purchase to the delivery being done the same day. I paid a small fee to fire it up seeing as I just purchased my home and the guy who came out to the property went out of his way to troubleshoot the system and make sure I had heat coming in to the home before he left. Thank you.

We had an issue with the water heater in basement and needed to replace it. Spoke to Joe the service manager and he went out of his way to keep us as a customer. Prices were fair and Chris the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Fast service but they won’t check your account balance after already charging your account and leave a receipt saying you owe money. They won’t report to you that you’re paying twice for the service and then it’s your problem to deal with. They wouldn’t have cared if I over paid.

I highly recommend Rich's Oil Service. They have been extremely responsive and helpful! The technician I had at my house was very knowledgeable and polite. He was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing.

If you want oil check prices all around. If you want service go elsewhere. Found out hard way through my wallet. Called another company and was able to resolve the issue and save money.

Not sure where they get their employees; office staff is rude and service techs are incompetent. MANY billing problems that WE had to figure out for them, and never got any apologies - just attitude. Service techs cleaned our furnace, caused a leak, then they tried to charge us to fix it, saying "it must have been broken before". Nothing but bad experiences. STEER CLEAR!
