I searched extensively for a company to replace my 35 year old oil/wood furnace and I wanted to add central air at the same time. I contacted 12 companies and only 6 even gave me a quote. The quotes ranged from $12000 to $24000. I finally contacted Miller Oil and was promptly called back by Russ who came by to give me a quote. He actually mailed me a straight forward quote with a price a third less than the best quote I had received. In addition, the furnace was a Thermopride which is known to be the best furnace. The crew showed up promptly and completed the job the following morning. They were extremely professional and their work is great. I strongly recommend Miller Oil. You won’t be disappointed! I resently moved to Enfield CT and was looking around for a new Oil Company for delivery and oil service. I found that Miller Oil has the best oil prices around. The office staff was very polite and on point with all my questions. I had placed an order for delivery and it was delivered the very next day. I also needed a tune up on my oil fired boiler and gas Hot water heater. The staff was quickly able make an appointment for the service. The service technician was clean and left my boiler in great shape. I would recommend Miller Oil to anybody who is moving into town or who currently lives here.

We just had our 31 year old boiler replaced by Miller Oil. Doug came out and gave a very reasonable estimate. Very obvious that he knew what he was doing. Didn't try to sell any unnecessary equipment. Scheduling was fast. The three man crew that installed was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Miller Oil for our maintenance and oil needs.

So I got a refill/restart 2 week ago, after that my broiler start shutting off, so I called just to see if someone could stop by and look at it, being that we are first time home owners, immediately the reception got nasty and defensive, I was like lady I just needed some help, she said ok and hang up. I have had three refill with them and was very happy but as soon as a problem occur this is how they treat their customers. It’s sad because I have a two years old at home. Very disappointed.

Superior and Courteous Service

I contacted Miller Oil Co. Monday morning at 8:O0am because our furnace was leaking water and we had no hot water. Russ arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary parts to get our system operational again.

Worst experience ordering oil. Way too expensive and people are rude. Lady answering phone called my racial slurs... way too negative
