Richie's installed our air cond system many years ago. When you call for service, (which is not very often), Rich calls back right away and his technicians are at the house within a few hours. His tech team are very neat in appearance, very professional and fully explain the problem and the solution. We fully recommend this company 100%.

We have used Richie's Air conditioning & Heating Inc. from the time we built our house. Richie's quality of work and customer service is the best! Richie is always there to provide you a fair price and options to update and/or fix. Once, we had to call him on New Years eve and he came right over. Most recently we used Richie to service our unit for the upcoming season. The service he provided involved a 2 trip visit and the price and outcome of his work was great. I would highly recommend Richie for any of your air conditioning needs.

Richie recently fixed my air conditioning unit and I could not be happier with the service. He and his crew were extremely polite and went well above and beyond what was expected.

I was amazed at how fast he was able to get my replacement part, and he even came back on a Friday afternoon to put in a temporary solution so I would have air over the weekend. Simply awesome!

Absolutely Amazing! Ritchie installed a very high tech furnace with a heat pump, including re-doing all of the vent work !! I had 3 quotes from other companies, I decided to go with him due to his professionalism and knowledge of the system. 8 years later and system still going and service for cleanings etc.. has been prompt and the best! Will never go anywhere else!

My wife and I moved into a brand new condo at the end of 2018. We love our new place, but from the beginning, we complained to the builder that the HVAC system was too loud and made a whistling noise when it was running.The builder sent the original HVAC company to fix the problem several times, but they could never find what the noise was.He sent a third company, and they, too, could not figure it out. Our neighbors told us that Richie from Richie's Air Conditioning.and Heating had fixed a similar problem for them.We asked our builder to contact Richie, and on the first visit he figured out the problem and the solution. The next morning he fixed the whole problem !

I had some water leaking from my Furnace/ AC Unit. Richie gave me tips over the phone to try and resolve the problem while trying to get a technician available (during a busy humid stretch when they were getting tons of calls). An hour later a tech in my neighborhood called me to say he could make time to swing by between service appointments, if our schedules lined up. The tech was friendly, courteous and professional. He even took his shoes off before coming in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while also checking out other possible causes, just to be sure. Great service, I guess thats why they've been in business for forty years.

Service work was top notch. Excellent technicians. Very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend to anyone who has a problem with a furnace or A/C!
