Jon the owner personally came promptly to my home. He was direct, upfront, and honest. His company installed a new gas forced air furnace within 2 days in November 2020. Subsequently in June of 2023 our old central air conditioning system went. Again he showed up personally, and within 2 days a new system. He uses high quality manufacturers of equipment that consumer reports gives their highest ratings. The prices are extremely reasonable in relation to other quotes I’ve gotten from other HVAC companies. He’s been a delight to deal with! He operates a top notch company in Clean Air Mechanical.

The work ethic of all the men that did the job was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and proficient at what had to be done. They were very conscious of my pets and they broom swept everything clean. The price that was given for my job beat two other quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering changing out their heating/ac unit. They are my new heating/air conditioning go to. I recently purchased and had installed 2 mini split units from them. The installation team was great! I actually had little puppies running around while they were here and they were so great about shutting doors and gates. They kept every area clean even while they were working in it. The owner John was so helpful with helping me determine what units and where to place them. Not to mention the price! I had quotes from 4 other places and he beat them all by quite a difference.

Jon, the owner, came out to give me a quote on a Mitsubishi mini-split system. He answered all my questions and quoted me a fair price. I liked dealing with Jon as he was more knowledgeable (and more transparent about how attainable Mass Save rebates were) than the sales folks that represented other companies that provided me quotes.

The crew (RJ, Devin, Alex) did a great job with the install. They were punctual, polite, professional, and took care to ensure all the areas they worked in were clean after they performed the work. They answered several questions I had during the install process and walked us through the operation of the indoor units and what maintenance would be required for the units and the outdoor heat pump when the install was complete. Jon came out to review the job when it was finished to ensure all was well with the install and that we were satisfied with the work.

I highly recommend Clean Air Mechanical to anyone looking for a mini-split installation.

Jon is running an amazing business. His prices are more than fair and his crew is professional. Drew made sure that my home was well taken care of during the installation, including covering up the floors to keep them clean. He showed up at our house same day and within 10-15 minutes he answered our questions, made a recommendation for new equipment and pre-approved us for a loan.
