Modern Heating & A/C

Although I did not end up using the services of Modern Heating & A/C, I'd like to thank the owner, Chris, for being so responsive and willing to come out on a weekend. We talked about the possible problems my boiler could be having, and possible solutions, and he was willing to see what he could do (unlike some other people I spoke to). AND he answers the phone, and responds to texts! When I look for someone to do home repairs, I read reviews like these, and I can see that this company provides great service. I'm glad to know that they are there if I need them!

Chris was able to get a tech to my home within 72 hrs, other area companies were saying 2 weeks! The techs quickly figured out the issue and was affordably repaired that day. My central air is cooling off my home again! I will be using Modern from now on for all my heating and cooling repairs.

I was walking through a cross walk and someone driving a company van with the license plate W14698 , was cursing up a storm about me walking across the street in front of their car . For some reason they expected me to run across the street so they could continue to drive. That’s disgusting …. They could have went around me instead they spent the time harassing and cussing at me in hopes to make me run across the street so I could get out of their way instead of waiting the 10 seconds it took me to get out the road. If that’s how you treat random citizens, I would hate to see how you workers work on the daily . Just disgusting

Chris installed a central air unit that worked awesome at an affordable price.
