One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Shelton

We had them install new furnace and air condition about two years ago. They did a very good job they know what they are doing very neat I have no complinaints I WOULD RECOMMENED them to anyone.I NOW HAVE their service.

They arrived very quickly I’m happy to say, and found what caused my central A,C. to go down. Norman, the tech was vey knowledgeable.

"The team in Shelton has always been highly responsive and proactive. We were left high and dry 2 years ago by a builder who abandoned the project with only a partial installation. One Hour came in and completed all the connections with 3 condensers and 3 air handlers within one day, plus made corrections to mistakes that builder did. The 2nd year, they came back for maintenance and did more fixes, plus figured out the connection problem with one of our Nest thermostats. They've recommended some additional fixes to more mistakes they found (that builder was a nightmare but this review isn't about them) but now we have a game plan going forward to get our HVAC system to its potential peak efficiency with help from the Shelton team."

im not one to post reviews but this i have to i needed i new $ 68.00 pump on my boiler was told it needs to be cleaned boiler is 1 year old cost to clean 419.00 needs a new oil pump cost 419.00 needs new electrodes 319.00 over 1200.00 with tax what a rip off called 3 other service companys they all were under 400.00 total i bought everything for 84.77 with tax and hired a heating guy who charged me 90.00 labor and was done in under 1 hour i would not recommend this rip off company to anyone ...unreal over 1200.00 to 174.77
