One Hour Heating & AC was great. . . . they installed a new oil tank in my basement in a very tricky crawl space with low ceilings. The One Hour Team was very professional, prompt and courteous. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and answered all my questions and concerns. I have been going through some personal problems and One Hour Heating and Cooling worked with me. They understood and saw that I received the service I needed. I have a service contract with them and I have found they answer immediately. The staff is highly professional and very courteous and that includes their office staff as well. Gary is one of the nicest guys ever. Him & Ralph helped me when another oil company ruined my furnace. They got me a top of the line furnace for a good price and ever since have been the only company i will do business with.

I recently had One Hour Heating & A/C come and install a 95% high efficient Bard oil hot air furnace. This furnace is so quite I don't even know it's running, and already I am saving on my oil bill. Can't ask for a better company,my husband and I are very happy with them and the furnace.

God forbid you have a refrigerant leak, they'll refill your system without even looking for a leak, then they'll come back in week to inject a stop leak fluid (because they don't have it on the truck same day), stop leak which works in vast majority of cases as they tell you doesn't work in my case of course so they need to come back and refill the system again and inject dye but won't do anything else. For the following week they offer to come back to locate the leak but won't fix it same day of course. Basically, they'll do anything to come back for 15 min, charge top dollar but not actually fix anything.

Since 2014, great customer service with the best technicians. From changing heating from oil to gas to most recent installation of a 40 gallon hot water tank.

I simply looked up a heating company on the web and needed help soon. The heat was not running and it was not a simple problem. One hour stuck with the problem, bought in a more senior person and on the second day solved the problem. They replaced a electric board thought to be the problem a when then discovered the real cause put back the old board and did not charge me for the new board because it was not the problem. they were honest and very skilled.

I simply called with a question about my oil burner and in less than a hour they were here and explained that all I needed was a good cleaning to get everything will be back to normal....Norm did a great job and left the area much cleaner then he found it...Thanks for the White Glove Service!
