Dominick Fuel

I have used Dominick for over 40 yrs and have always found them to be responsive. However the company was re e try sold to a larger company and since then there have been repeated issues with billing. I HAVE A I have a budget monthly plan and pay ahead but somehow they state IT WAS NOT RECIEVED. WILL RELUCTANTLY start looking for another company when contractexpires

Dominicks Fuel excels in service, response and full customer service. Having been a customer of theirs for 22 years. They were always responsive when they were needed for a service call. Most recently when I sold my home in July, they helped provide the lawyer with all the documents needed from them in a timely manner,for the closing. Over the years they installed a new furnace. New oil tank in the basement. after the original one from 1930 was removed from in the ground .

This summer Dominick Fuel installed our Central AC system and we could not be more pleased. The work performed by Ted, Dominic, and Jose were superb, quick and efficient. I highly recommend their services...

We recently had our boiler and AC serviced. We have been with Dominick Fuel for a very long time, so long I can't even remember how many years! We are very happy with the service we receive, but even happier when we know that they try to send the same people. Robert, for instance, knows our AC system inside and out. We always request Robert because we know that we are going to get exceptional service when he shows up.

I am currently going through a major renovation at my home. Dominick Fuel has been my oil provider for a few years. I was always happy with the delivery of oil and my new addition was going to be propane. I contacted Dominick and they sent out a technician to just talk to me about what I was looking to do. From that moment Dominick was always in touch in regards to my needs, timeframes, and information that I would need to make my final decisions. When I needed someone from Dominick to come out talk to my contractor again Dominick Fuel came out to discuss the plans for my house. Every email I sent was answered in a quick and timely manner. Every phone call was returned when expected. When it was finally time to install my 3 120 gallon propane tanks I knew when I came home I would be happy with the work that was done. As the project at my house continues it can bring some anxiety but none in regards to my Heating/Air/Propane/Oil needs. I appreciate all that Domnick Fuel has done for my home and family.

Excellent service!! We had our AC replaced and Ted gave us a fair quote and quickly had the parts here and technicians on site. Jim and Scott were our technicians and they were outstanding: Polite, personable, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Dominick Fuel!

I called today 8/24/2022. I spoke with Maria, she was able to solve my issues and was very helpful. It was a pleasure working with her.

Called Dominick Fuel to troubleshoot water heater not working. Steve arrived on time and was able to determine the cause which was not immediately apparent because the unit was not a common one in usage. He had to travel two towns away to purchase the part and spent much more time that is usual for this call because of the part situation.Throughout the trying time he remained pleasant, positive and committed to helping us resolve this problem. I am grateful to him and Dominick Fuel for their knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. I definitely would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Connor was on time, neat and professional. Knowing that our home is on the market, he took the extra time and cleaned the top of the furnace and neatened up cables. He even made a special trip to the office to get the correct size filter and an additional missing part. I highly recommend his services!
