Douglas Mechanical Services was able to send someone out same day within hours. Bobby got our system to work great again. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I happily recommend this extremely professional company. Bobby, the highly knowledgeable and very thorough Technician, did excellent research/analysis and quickly identified three faulty areas in our AC unit. He fully resolved all problems within a very short period of time at a reasonable cost. The company is lucky to have such a competent technician, and we are lucky to have discovered such a great company!

Oh, No, who would work on the holiday??Helplessly sent an email and got a return call rightaway that a technician will come first thing in the morning the day after. I called with a problem we were having with our system. They scheduled us for first thing the next day. Our technician Mark assured us he wouldn’t leave until he figured out the problem. They inspected every aspect of our unit; and resolved the issue within an hour. Mark even called back two hours later to make sure it was still working without any issues. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, never in my life have I had an HVAC guy show up early and have the work finished before I got there!!! I had my plumber in the basement and the man from Douglas showed up, went to work, fixed the problem and was out the door five minutes after I arrived. I was shocked and so happy because I was so busy today, he gave me back two hours of my day! These are my guys from now on!

I did not actually use their service, but I called to compare pricing and they were very helpful. Doug was informative and open despite knowing I was really only checking an existing quote from a competitor. Very kind and truly professional!

Do not recommend. Ridiculous pricing. They’ll come to your house, tell you need additional parts installed and leave after 30 minutes while sending you a bill for $168. Absolutely disgusting.

Installed hot water tank did a great job

Only problem never received a bill 2 weeks later received one marked past due, then a phone call and email. Billing person needs to get a clue.. Very upsetting
However excellent service
