It began with our technician Josh who was very helpful at walking us through the different options for our use case, as well as understanding what every line item was for, what was required, and what was optional. We had priced out similar installs with other providers that came in at a much higher price point, and with less clear communication. Once we had a configuration finalized we were able to schedule an installation with about two weeks.

Matt and Rubio were our installers and did an excellent job. They arrived promptly on install day and stayed as long as it took to complete the job 100%. They exhibited high attention to detail as they went out of their way to seal existing ductwork, changed our thermostat location at our request, and left all of the areas in which they worked completely clean. Throughout the install Matt in particular was very communicative about progress and expectations.

Efficient Comfort also afforded us a 24 month 0% financing option which Joanna was able to help set up and finalize.

All around we're very happy with the entire process and the end result, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of major HVAC work.

Dan was able to respond same day as contacted and quickly discovered the issue with the furnace. A quick repair was completed and heat was back on in my house.

Our AC blew the breaker and I called Efficient Comfort and they sent a Service Tech the next day. After trying some repairs it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. They were able to get a new condenser unit and A-coil and install it two days later. The techs did a great job and we had cooling 4 hours later. I have used them for installing a garage heater previously and was happy with that result too.

Great experience with Efficient comfort! They were out within a few hours of my call and helped repair my A/C enough to limp it until a new unit arrived. Every call was polite and professional.
