Efficient Comfort: Heating, Cooling & Mechanical

Wes was very professional and friendly. He did maintenance on our HVAC and also installed a Rinnai pump. He was on time, answered our questions and did a great job. Highly recommend him !

Josh is awesome. They were able to fit the install of a whole new furnace (I was on borrowed time with my old one) in on the weekend despite having an already full schedule. Deepest thanks for that. They were professional, kind, and courteous. The entire process was less expensive and much less stressful than I expected. Truly good people.

My thermostat lost power which caused the heat in my house to go out. I called and the same day, Dan Hogan from efficient comfort came out to look at the furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and talk me through the repair. Everyone I talk to was professional, informative, and kind. Will definitely give them a call again for any HVAC needs!

This would be no stars if it was possible. Chuck arrived for a Nest thermostat diagnostic visit with his very bad attitude and big ego way, way out out in front from the get go. It was shocking how hostile and aggressive he was.

Some of this awful experience from start to finish included small and large problems. For example, not even a simple thanks for having a ladder at hand and holding it for him to help him in to the attic. When Chuck came down he almost immediately would not just let me finish speaking about the Nest thermostat problem. I pointed his rudeness out and he did not apologize.

Chuck soon after just bluntly challenged me and my experience by asking "How long have you been doing this?" I ended up just asking him for an estimate and went to another room to work on something. I later found out he chose to just leave without saying anything at all and no estimate either.

I called the office to let them know what had happened. Hopefully they now understand this very just appalling experience means this company will please leave me alone. Do yourself a big favor. Choose to avoid them and save yourself from both wasted time and outright insults.

Wes really knows what he is doing - besides the routine maintenance and repair work that was done I was able to get a deeper understanding of how my system and radiant heating works. Wes was prompt, very clear in his explanations and timely in notifying us about his progress. Our system is almost 20 years old and some of the mechanical parts had degraded over time and needed replacement. He made them in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional
