Efficient Comfort: Heating, Cooling & Mechanical

My Technician, Dan Hogan, was extremely polite and professional. He wanted to let my dogs get to know him, so they weren't constantly barking at the "stranger" in the house! My appointment for routine maintenance was scheduled between noon and 4pm which, if you're the cable company means after 4 sometime - but he was here shortly after noon, much to my surprise! Efficient Comfort installed our furnace a year ago, and both of my experiences with the company and their employees have been great. No hesitancy in recommending Efficient Comfort!

My AC went out and Efficient Comfort was able to schedule my repair same day!! Chuck was professional, kind, knowledgeable and took care of the problem very quickly. I will absolutely be using this provider in the future!

Had a leaky furnace and they were able to get me scheduled same day. Technician (Jim) showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me options for getting it fixed. Got it sorted quickly, walked me through the repair, and got me a new customer discount. Will definitely be using them again.

Hired Efficient after interviewing four local companies. Less than a week in - all seems to be running well. Full new install of ac for our first floor. We opted for full hvac system - replaced furnace plus new cooling. Ended up being more complicated than they expected but the team managed it well. Also was impressive that there was oversight day one as they planned the job and ownership of the company came onsite on day 2 to check in and help us make some decisions. Ruben, Jake and Daniel were on point and super professional. Clearly leadership is focused on the ensuring the teams deliver a great customer experience.

We just had our furnace, a/c and water heater replaced by Efficient Comfort and couldn't be more pleased. The entire experience from quote to post-installation review was great. Everyone on the team is extremely knowledgable, friendly, punctual, and dedicated. Good prices, great service, and friendly, trustworthy employees. We are glad we chose this company for our HVAC replacement.

Nothing but a great experience with this company. I had 4 other companies come out and give me quotes before deciding to go with EC. Matt and his colleague installed a new A/C unit along with some furnace blower maintenance. I saved thousands relative to other quotes and they got the job done right. Joanna in the office was awesome as well. I am now enjoying my frosty air conditioning in my home office.

This was my first experience with Efficient Confort, and it was beyond fantastic. Dan came over and gave a full diagnostic in two hours. The very next day, he came and did a full HVAC installation from noon until late in the afternoon. Took the time to explain every detail and worked like a master in his craft. Will be recommending this company and Dan to everyone I know. What a fantastic pleasure to have professional service done by a local company.

I had a great experience with Chuck (the technician) and with the customer service team answering the phones at Efficient Comfort. I was able to get an appointment (and a reschedule!) quickly and easily, and when Chuck arrived at our home for an HVAC inspection and servicing (well within the service window), he was very kind, professional and informative. I am a new homeowner so really appreciated the time he was willing to take to explain everything to me. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Our furnace started acting up last night and I messaged Efficient Comfort for a quote on Yelp. They replied within minutes and Wes came out this morning. It end up being a pretty simple fix but Wes was very helpful explaining what was happening getting it up and working. Could not be happier with the service.

Matt, Jake and Rubio were very professional, courteous, and focused on the job. Our new system is functioning perfectly and is keeping the house warm top to bottom. They sealed all the ductwork, including areas that they did not install, I was not expecting that and really has helped! Beginning to end it was a great experience!
