Efficient Comfort: Heating, Cooling & Mechanical

Happy to say the 5-star reviews are justified. Josh came out to assess the situation and make recommendations, his evaluation of our furnace, duct work, location, etc. was thorough, relaxed, and not rushed in anyway. He sat down with me about 10 min later to go over options and estimates, addressed any questions I had over the next few days, and then we signed. The install crew which consisted of Matt, Jake, and Ruben were great, professional and personable, hardworking, and again, thorough. We paid extra for some duct modifications to increase airflow, to suspend the furnace from our floor joists in the crawlspace, and to have a humidifier installed, and honestly, it looks amazing and works great. Nothing but 5-star service across the board, and we are also happy that we made this decision now vs waiting for our old furnace to crash. Changed from a single stage 75% efficient furnace to a 2 stage 96% efficient furnace. Loving the added humidity.

BTW, did a lot of research on furnaces, Bryant / Carrier are top notch.

Wes came over today to check out our furnace that wasn’t heating. He was great- professional, on time, and explained the issue well. And he was fast to fix the issue so our house would heat up on the cold weather. Definitely would recommend!

The entire team at Efficient Comfort: Heating, Cooling & Mechanical are top notch. I recently had some issues with a 23-year-old furnace. I had an appointment scheduled with Efficient Comfort for a week out but was able to call and speak with Joanna, who was able to get a technician out the same day to assess the situation. Dan was able to diagnose that my furnace motor had gone out and after talking extensively through all options, we collectively decided to replace the furnace. The team at Efficient Comfort were able to replace my furnace just a few days later. Jake and Matt did a fantastic job removing the old furnace, installing the new one, and walking me through the entire process. If I have any HVAC related issues in the future, I will certainly be reaching out to the team at Efficient Comfort.

If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would. I'm currently on vacation and my house/dog sitter let me know the furnace wasn't working. I got the run around from a few other places so I spent A LOT of time doing review searches as it's so hard to trust, and we've heard horror stories about high/bogus charges for small parts. Plus the added stress of having my housesitter deal with a stranger in my house without me was another added level of concern.

Anyway, I called at 7:30am. Josh answered and I explained my predicament to him. He scheduled me and said someone would be by between 9-11. I got a text at 8:15 that Dan (with a picture) was on his way.

Thankfully it was a simple, quick and easy fix, and he was in and out I'm under an hour. The response and care has meant the world to me cause I was so stressed about all of it I almost ended my vacation to come home and deal with it.

Matt, Jake, Ruben, and Rubio were professional and courteous. They completed the entire install in a day without leaving a mess behind and took the time to walk me through the key points of the install.

Daniel, Ruben and Jake did an awesome job installing a new AC unit for us. The company was very responsive and professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!

We lost hot water due to a cut gas pipe and Efficient comfort called me immediately back and sent a technician the same day. Wes was super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the problem caused by another party, replaced an area of pipe that had been leaking, and flushed our tankless system. We have hot water back and we will use Efficient Comfort for all our future HVAC needs.

Great Company! Small Business where Tech's love to work! It shows in their attitude and work. Jim was on time and knowledgable. All mine and my Kids HVAC business will be done with this great Company.
