Had an ac unit installed the other day and couldn't be more satisfied. The two gentleman Ivan and Elijah were very polite and very professional and managed to get the job done quick and easy. If you're looking to get an air conditioner installed I would definitely recommend calling these guys!

They came out quickly after our ac was acting up (and subsequently stopped working). They started looking up getting the part ordered but suggested seeing if the company that installed it would handle it under warranty since it was so new. Not surprising, that company wouldn't. And wouldn't come out for 2 weeks...in June. I told them I had dogs and it was too hot but they didn't care. But Pure Air did. They installed the part as soon as they got it and what they quoted was the price. No hidden fees. Plus they offered us a window unit until they could fix it, so our dogs would be comfortable. They cared about us. They are very trustworthy, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Kevin and his team were extremely responsive. Kevin came out to diagnose what we thought was a broken AC unit. He thought it was just a broken capacitor. We ended up taking his advice and it fixed our problem. This saved us a ton of money and we are very appreciative for his honesty. They have a customer for life in us due to their integrity and honesty. Really appreciate it!

Had Pure Air install both my AC and furnace. Couldn't be happier with the process. Flexible appointment times, courteous staff, and transparent quoting, you really can't find a better HVAC company in the area. Ivan, Cody, and Nate installed my furnace, they called when they were on their way, offered to pick me up a cup of coffee since my furnace was broken and the house was cold, and were just overall incredibly courteous guys.

Dillon was on time, and friendly as always! He helped answer all of our questions and went above and beyond by spending time explaining all of our services and potential upgrades. He never made us feel pressured but was thoughtful and thorough. Pure Air is a great company and Dillon is a wonderful technician!

Called Pure Air for a service on my furnace. They came out the next day. Scott was friendly and not a "pushy" sales person like the others. Gave me the pricing but unfortunately I could not afford it right then and there. He gave me my options and was able to come back out and fix it. Would recommend to all.

Used Pure Air Solutions to check on an issue with my heat. Dillon was very friendly and did a good job explaining a variety of options I had for solutions, including some at various price points. Would absolutely recommend them, and him, in the future.

My AC unit went out yesterday and not only was I was able to get an appointment for today, my AC unit is up a running! Mo Elmunaier was very informative when explaining what was wrong with my AC unit and providing a few recommendations for service. Mo even went out of his way to contact his boss to see if I could receive a teacher discount for today's service.
