I had a great experience with Pure Air Solutions. They were available quickly to come to my house to identify a furnace issue. Dillon took a look at the furnace and discovered a potentially serious issue. He explained the issue very well and professionally, and was able to help me come to a decision. The furnace ultimately needed to be replaced and they were able to come same day so we wouldn't have to go the night without heat. The installation went very well and the guys who installed it were very professional and informative. Everyone I have talked to at this company was incredibly nice, honest, and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Dillon came to tune up our AC before we sold our house and he was extremely thorough, explained everything, was on time and extremely courteous while he was here. He was here on two occasions prior to tune up our furnace and certify it prior to selling. He is beyond awesome and I am so grateful for this company!! We are Pure Air Solutions customers for life!!! I can not recommend them enough!

Our furnace wasn’t working and we got quotes from other HVAC companies to replace the entire thing. Pure Air gave us a more honest quote and ended up replacing the blower motor. They were communicative, professional, and efficient. I will always recommend them.

We just had them install a new AC and furnace. I am very happy with the results. The Daikin AC is very quiet and efficient. Also, it was easy dealing with Matt on the estimate and the installers, Scott and Ivan were top drawer. They were respectful of our space and communicated what was going on with the install. Highly recommend Pure Air.

I've been using Pure Air to service two properties. I have an older AC unit and have neglected it, so it needed attention. They have done great work and have had fabulous customer service at every level! The technicians have all been knowledgeable and they can get the job done in a very timely manner and a reasonable price. It's clear they care deeply about their customers and have even called back to check up.
