Moved into a house with a Pure Air Solutions sticker on the furnace. Called the number to set up a inspection and maintenance. Literally got a horrible answering service no mater what time I called. After 4 called, I got a return call and returned it in less than 2 minutes. Guess what service answered and I never got a return call. Worst example of a business in Denver.

Will, the Technician, was prompt, efficient, and clearly explained the services performed. We are very happy with this company and will continue to give them our HVAC business in the future!

Excellent service and excellent pricing! Jimmy called to let me know he would be there within an half an hour - within the 2 hour window that they gave me when I booked the appointment. He was clean and courteous and got the furnace service done in about a half an hour. The furnace checked out and I signed up for the service agreement - they'll be back in the spring to service the A/C at a discounted rate...

The technician was ontime and very understanding of our situation. We have 3 kids in wheelchairs and he was understanding of the 6 foot space for covid.
He did not try and sell me anything that I didn't need. We were talking about getting a whole house humidifier and he took the time to go over everything.

THANK YOU Pure Air Solutions for tuning our furnaces today and doing a great job at such a reasonable price! Kevin took his time cleaning and testing two furnaces and even went to Home Depot to buy odd-sized filters to finish the job. Highly recommend this company if you need HVAC!!!

They installed a new air conditioner in a house owned by Zillow. When we bought the house in the winter, the inspector and Zillow told us we had a brand new air conditioner. This company Pure Air Solutions has their label on the unit. Now it is summer. The air conditioner does not work. The phone number is never answered. The voice mail is full. I have mailed and filled out their online form. I have no response. The system is leaking water and sometimes has frost on the outside pipe leading into the house - when it is 90 + degrees outside!

I have had them install, repair and fix things in my house. We recently bought this how and was in need of help. Matt and his crew are nice, dependable and overall amazing. I recommend them for you heating and air needs.

Fantastic local company! Pure Air installed our new HVAC system in September 2017. They recently installed an additional floor register and air return in one of our 2nd floor bedrooms that we could never get to a similar temperature as the rest of our home.
We've recommended their service to our neighbors and will use Pure Air for our routine maintenance.

We called Kevin last minute and the was there to help us the next day. He was on time and very affordable. He helped me understand how my systems work and preventative care l for the future of our HVAC. I would highly recommend Pure Air Solutions. If there were 10+ stars he would go beyond that!
