We just had our furnace serviced by Dillion, and he was fantastic. He came on time and did a was very thorough. We have been using Pure Air solutions and we highly recommend them. They have reasonable prices.

Pure Air Solutions came to my house to do and tune-up of my very old furnace and a/c system. Herb, the Tech, found an issue that I didn't even know that I had and even had the part on his truck to make the repair right then. now my 2-decades+ a/c is running ice cold. on time, took care to keep my house clean, and very polite. thanks!

Kevin with Pure Air just got done addressing the lack of A/C at our house. I called Thursday for a tune-up (scheduled for this morning) and then the AC just died. No joke. Couldn't get emergency service so I waited until this morning. Had a gut feeling so I called him at 8 AM and he said I wasn't on the schedule!!!! HOWEVER, he said he wanted to make it right and offered me a discount for later this week. I couldn't wait anymore since we haven't slept in four days. He made time in his schedule today and was here for about 1 1/2 hours fixing a blown compressor and refilling the coolant. Kevin is the nicest guy and really made sure we were taken care of - he said he didn't want us to be left with no air. Highly recommend them.

The two men on the team were the best! One noticed a light bulb was out near where they were working and offered to change it, which they did. Pure Air is my permanent HVAC provider and I am telling family and friends about them.

Kevin evaluated our newly remodeled space and gave us options to fit our needs and budget. We opted for a mini split A/C unit. He gave us great service, the install was quick, he was clean and professional.

Technicians were on time, they were friendly and polite and honest if there were specific questions they were not a 100% able to answer (more dealing with new build codes etc.) They gave us some good insight into our furnace issue. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC company.
