My parents are elderly. My dad has the first stages of dementia and my mom Parkinson's. L&L took advantage of them. They installed a larger furnace than needed causing a significant amount of noise. They acknowledged it was their mistake and then replaced it with a smaller cheaper brand and offered no refund for the price difference until I complained. They only offered $100 simply to get us to go away. Most likely this will be decided in small claims court.

They were reliable, on time, professional and very helpful with showing me how my A/C Unit works and gave me tips on maintaining it for years to come. Terrible experience. Our AC was not working. Chris came out (2.5 hours late) and was able to see where some of the connections had slipped on the switchboard. He reconnected them and the unit started right up. After 3 days of running the AC nonstop, we still could not get our house temp below 76. I called and was told someone would contact me first thing Monday to get something scheduled. No one called. On Tuesday, I called again. They squeezed us in for that day. Our appointment time passed, so I called to get an ETA. We were not on the schedule. They contacted Chris who had just finished for the day and told him he needed to stop by. He walked through the door (2.5 hours late ...again) and said "You need a new furnace because I would not recommend replacing the blower in a unit that is 20 years old". Didn't even look at anything. Our furnace is only 7 years old and top quality. He then told us the problem was that our AC was 5ton and the furnace could only support 4ton. We were told by several sources that this was an honest company that doesn't try to screw you over. He sold us a new, bigger, better furnace (which we later found out was a different brand than our AC and would have caused even more problems). Turns out our AC is in fact a 4ton, and a bigger furnace would have made the problem worse, if not ruined, our AC unit. Fortunately I was able to get a refund on our deposit. I called twice asking to speak to the manager and was told both times "he is not available right now, and has several other things he needs to do first before he can talk to you." Turns out all we had to do was replace the evaporator...
Moral of the story: Do your research, ALWAYS get a second opinion, and don't waste your time and money on this company.

Had a new AC installed over the winter from a different HVAC company. Found that it wasn't kicking on in the Spring. Reached out to L&L who were very prompt in their response and scheduling. Jonathan came by the next day. He was able to immediately troubleshoot that the wiring wasn't set up correctly to communicate to my thermostat. Was able to rewire and confirm the issue resolved. Overall appreciate the responsiveness and expertise. Will no doubt be calling them again. Thanks Jonathan and L&L!

I cannot say enough good things about L&L. They were the contractor used through my warranty company (& the warranty company was being a nightmare to deal with) and they truly saved the day. They were pleasant to deal with and tried to get things done as quickly as possible last minute for me. Jim, one of their techs, even FaceTimed me to help me figure out specifics of my units. They installed a new compressor and coil quickly and without delay. I will continue to use them for any other HVAC/Furnace issues and maintenance. Cannot recommend them enough!! Thanks L&L team.

Will not use this contractor again. Make sure that you get other quotes and especially check the price of any parts they plan on replacing. During A/C tune-up identified a part that needed to be replaced. Made the mistake of not checking the price and was charged 4 times what was offered from various parts sites. Not really "fair" price.
