I purchased a new furnace and a/c unit from L & L two or 3 years years ago. Shortly after we started using the furnace I noticed that one of the joints in the exhaust vent was leaking (condensation builds up while the furnace is in use). I called to have it repaired and was told a repairman would call to schedule a time to fix it. I never received a call, but it wasn't that big of a deal--the vent in located in my unfinished basement that we didn't use for anything other than storage. A few months ago we decided to try again when we noticed that two additional joints are leaking. My wife was told (again) that a repairman would call to schedule a time to fix it. (Again) we did not receive a call. At this point, I'm going to fix the vent myself--it's not complicated, though I really feel like L & L should perform the work, it is under warranty after-all. I suppose the lesson in all of this is twofold: (1) don't trust L & L to service and repair the equipment they sell you and (2) their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

I would highly recommend this company. Three years ago in 2019 they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and honest.
Yesterday early evening my air conditioner stopped working, which is still under warranty. I called the company and Marcos Perez came out last night around 830 pm to fix my ac. He was very professional and had great customer service. He informed me of everything he was doing to fix it. He also gave me advice how to do the maintenance I need to keep up on with both ac and furnace. I was so grateful he was able to come last night as I work from home and today was really hot.

Excellent experience! Our home was built in 1995 with a Carrier furnace that never had a problem. When we decided to install air conditioning, it made sense to stick with Carrier. We found Bryant was closely related to Carrier and well regarded. We researched preferred installers on the Carrier and Bryant websites. We took 3 bids and selected L & L heating based on their pricing (best offer), reputation and reviews. Our Sales person, Tim Howe, was great. The sales process was very friendly, informative, low pressure and flexible. We discussed several options and settled on Bryant AC and furnace. Tim promptly addressed all requests for additional information and changes, some even after business hours. Larry, the owner of L & L, directly followed up with us to ensure we got the information needed. After we placed the order, Tim contacted us and advised that he and Larry discovered a better, more efficient, and cost effective option - that reduced their bid even after we had agreed to the higher priced option! Tim explained very thoroughly the technicalities and benefits of their recommendation. The L & L office team was able to schedule installation within 3 business days. The 3-man install team was highly professional, friendly and efficient. They installed the AC, furnace, electrical circuits, all connections and thoroughly cleaned up in under three hours. When they left, you would never have known they were there. Every thing was cleaned and left as they found it This was an excellent experience with L and L Heating and Air.

Needed a new A/C & Heating system. Choose L&L based on their price and previous experience with system maintenance on our old hvac system. I was extremely happy with the installation and operation of our new system. The three gentlemen that came were on time, professional and courteous. They took our old system out and replaced it in about three hours. Our new system is extremely quiet and efficient. Glad I went with L&L!

Discovered COLD air blowing from our heating vents at 1PM the snowy day before Thanksgiving (4 day weekend). A friend's realtor Joe Plutt recommended L&L Heating & Air by name. Melissa answered the phone promptly, listened to our situation, and explained the closest technician (Daniel Lewis-not the actor) was 20 minutes from our home on an involved boiler job. She called him, and he agreed to help us after completing his current project.
Another contractor called us and explained that Rheem furnace parts are only available to Rheem-certified technicians, so I called back to confirm Daniel was Rheem certified (he is). Melissa allowed us to call Daniel to confirm he had Rheem parts with him, and Daniel proceeded to patiently listen to our furnace symptoms. He walked us through some of the possible problems upon request, and answered every one of our questions.
The night before Thanksgiving, Daniel made a housecall in the snow at 5:30PM so that our pipes (and we) would not freeze over the long holiday weekend. What exceptional customer service. We will be contacting Daniel Lewis at L&L Heating & Air for our future furnace maintenance tune-ups, and will recommend Daniel personally for his 10 years of experience with L&L, his personable demeanor and helpful explanations, and his going above and beyond for his customers. Thankful for Daniel and L&L this Thanksgiving! =)

I have used L & L Heating and Air before and remember being very satisfied. My air conditioner had no power and, after running numerous checks of various parts of the system Marcos Perez worked with the team of experts at L & L to discover a switch that had inadvertently broken. He ran to ACE hardware, bought a replacement switch for me and returned to fix it. The service was fantastic. I will definitely use L & L again!!

Our furnace stopped working and after waiting for a call back from a different company, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until 12/4. I called L&L at 3pm and they were able to come out at 8am the next day. Nick was so nice and professional and did the repairs quickly so we now have heat. This was such a positive experience, I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.
