I want to share my experience to try to help others in making a good decision in selecting a VERY honest and reputable HVACR company before getting taken advantage of by one of those big named companies.
beginning of this year I had an issue with my furnace, at first I called a big named company and to say the least I was very un happy. They told me my furnace was as well be replaced do to condition of some of the parts. (my furnace and A/C is only 5 years old). I told them id like to think about it, talked to some friends and was recommended Kasco. After speaking with Nathan on the phone, which was very pleasant and professional, I had them come out. Evan inspected my furnace, found the flame sensor was dirty and at that time performed a tune up. He also gave me some pointers and tips to keep my system in optimal working condition and ended up only paying about $165. quite the price difference from buying all new equipment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they treat their customers as their own family. I'll have them out this spring to have my A/C tested and cleaned for what this summer has to offer.

This an awesome business. All the guys are technical and professional. Evan is the best. He explains the problem and how to fix it. He listens to the customer and provides an honest estimate of what is the cost of the job and how much time it will take. He is a perfectionist and always considerate of the customer’s property. These guys are great. We need to convert our business system to a Google Nest and the wiring didn't match up with the instructional. We had these guys out and they quickly discovered that our system was a 2-stage system that required a new board. They ordered it, gave us a discount and had everything working within days. Highly recommend.

Amazing team! They spent 3 full days at our home replacing our furnace and installing AC. It was a lot of work requiring interesting fixes to get everything done. Extremely happy with the outcome. They were professional, quick and tidy. Very patient with all my questions since we did upgrade a few things, including new steam humidifier. I highly recommend this company for repairs or replacement. Don't go anywhere else.

At work, Evan has been the on-call tech for years. But when I needed ELECTRICAL help at home, Aaron came to the rescue. He was early too! He diagnosed the ballast issue, had the parts in his truck and an hour later I had light in the kitchen! Thanks Aaron!

My air conditioner stopped working properly during this heat streak. Kasco was very prompt and professional with their troubleshooting/repair of the system. Their service man Evan was polite and very respectful of our house. He had no trouble explaining what was going on with my system and what he needed to do to fix it. I definitely recommend these guys for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.

I work at a sonic and we had someone come to run a diagnostic on our shake machine, he was helpful and friendly and answered the questions we had about the machine and what was going on, the workers name is “Zach” and he was super helpful.

I would recommend KASCO without any hesitation. We first started using them when we were introduced by my brother-in-law two years ago. We had just purchased our home and the first day we turned on the A/C there was no cold air. Evan with KASCO came out the same day. He then went on to spend almost 6 hours welding the condenser coils in the furnace because the company that had serviced the system prior to us buying the house had busted them. The cost to do this was extremely reasonable and far less than I had expected to pay buying a whole new unit. Since then, they have performed the routine annual service on the system. This week, our water heater reached the end of its life (almost 16 years so can’t complain). Yet again, Evan was out within 24 hours, replaced the old unit, got our system up to code and had us back up and running in no time. The prompt service, quality work and reasonable pricing is all very important especially with a family and little kids running around.

V came to look at my A/C as it was leaking water. He took about 10 minutes, blew out the hoses and chunks of stuff came out, turns out it was flooded. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. Very professional.
