We had issues off and on with our furnace for 2 years after we purchased our home (as second owners). Two other companies had come out, and both said they didn't know what was wrong or what to do. Ryan from 5280 came out for a free evaluation and was finally able to properly diagnosis the problem. But what set him over the top, was that he was completely understanding when I went back to the home builder and asked them to do to the fix under the home warranty. Would highly recommend 5280 H&AC as a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable company that was more concerned with me as a customer than with making money off of me.
