5280 Heating & Air Conditioning The service was excellent. They did a great job for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Overall experience was excellent, no issues with the services they provided, no delays, did a great job replacing the AC central unit, they kept everything clean. Highly recommend.

If you want a new AC unit, this might be your guy. If you want them to come out to see why your AC isn't working or need a part replaced, they will tell you, I'm not your guy. If I replaced my AC every time a fuse blew on the control board or a single part failed, 5280 would have replaced everything. That's apparently all they do. My son sent me a video of the noise the blower is making and 5280 will not even come out to look at it. I am away on vacation and my son and 2 dogs are at home dealing with the heat the best they can until I return to put a new motor in. Don't count on 5280 unless you want your entire unit replaced when a 15 minute blower exchange is all it needs.

FYI: For God sakes, now you must lie! My furnace is NOT! 30 years old.
Explain why you immediately called and left a message that you would now come look at it AND!, give me a deal to change my post. I don't need a deal. I am out of town and I cannot return early. All I wanted was a motor replaced. You said you weren't even working that day due to the rain..... The motor is inside not outside and you still refused. Said: "I'm not your guy?

They arrived ahead of schedule and did a great job securing our furnace despite his work cut. It was long overdue and in a state of disarray.

The technician was a delightfully friendly personality and didn't mind answering any questions I had. This is what I'm talking about! Good business, good service. Highly recommend.

Finally had an expert who fixed my humidifier on the furnace, did a proper maintenance service which had not been done before by reliance. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly and helped with a bunch of troubleshooting for our furnace problem between his service visits - we got it fixed without a trip! Nice person!
