HB & Sons HV & AC was a great company to have install the new AC unit. James was very detailed in outlining my purchase options as well as providing practical advise on the decision-making process. He did a great job with the installation and explaining the functionality of the unit.

My AC stop working a couple weeks ago. I called HB & Sons HV & AC late in the evening and James came to check it the next day and fixed it. He recommended us to sign up the maintenance program and waive the service fee. Good service and super fast.

Fantastic customer service, from the initial quote appointment all the way through installation these guys are awesome!. James explained the process before he begun the work and explaining the features of the new unit and how to maintain it,He also got my questions answered and never felt like I was bothering him! After calling over 10 AC businesses when my AC went out during an extreme heat wave, they were the only company that would service my AC in less than a 1 day period. They were fast, affordable, experienced and completely professional! I would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their AC. Best customer service in this area!
