Jared was all the above: high quality guy, who actually gave me a straight forward answer, easy to work with, super responsive & on time. I basically had an old humidifier I needed replaced and he, unlike HVAC companies I spoke with, was able to give me a straight forward solution as well as explain WHY option A was preferred over option B. He didn't try to up-sell me in anyway and was the most affordable relative to others when I asked around for a job quote. I highly recommend him and his team for your HVAC needs. I will be using him in the future for sure.

Jared was able to figure out a great solution that 8 other HVAC guys could not figure out and the price was very reasonable. The only feedback with the first consultation is that I would of been fine paying $150 for the first consultation visit. Just finding an honest and capable HVAC guy is hard enough. We called them at 8:30 a.m. on 4th of July. They were out before 10 and our AC is now working perfectly. We joined their maintenance plan (as our issue was due to lack of maintenance on our part...). So our service today, on a holiday, was the first payment of the monthly fee‐ $10. On a holiday. We have used them before and have recommended them to several friends. They are very professional, very honest- cannot recommend enough.

Quick appointment scheduling and turn around on phone calls. Tech (Roberto) showed up on time, with all information in hand. Listened to our concerns and explained all of his testing and what he found regarding our furnace system and the exhaust. Service call costs and pricing were reasonable. Will recommend 303 Heat to friends, family, in the future.

This year I had the awesome experience of my A.C. deciding it's reached it's age limit (it's nearly 20 years old). About 3 weeks ago I realized that I could not go without fixing it, although I did try. I called around several companies and each had almost a week long wait for an appointment, or longer. I can understand that, its the beginning of the summer, there are a lot of people in the same boat as me. So, I went with one, and the tech comes out to my place. The guy was very skittish of my very friendly, albeit scary looking dog, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get answers to my questions. He tells me that I have several leaks, and that my freon is low, and that he really recommended just replacing the unit completely, and then quoted me 5k to replace the A.C. For some reason I just didn't feel right, and decided I wanted a second opinion.
Cue Colorado Heating & Air Limited! I put in a contact request on their webpage, and received a phone call in less than half an hour, telling me they could come out in the next day or two. So I scheduled an appointment for Noon-2pm, and got a tex right away letting me know that Jared would be at my place between Noon and 2pm. At noon on the given day, I got a text message that Jared was on his way. Roughly 30 or so minutes later, Jared arrives. And I am so so grateful that I contacted them for a second opinion. He was great with my dog (which, really is the most important thing to me), she got to bring her Kong to him and he was very friendly!
Now to business, I don't think Jared had been here 5 minutes when he found that the coils inside the house had turned into a giant block of ice, something the other tech didn't mention even once. And also that I have no air filter (that one is absolutely my fault).
He explained everything very well without my having to ask him. And the pricing was all very straight forward. My house is cooler right now than it was all of last night. Definitely will be using Colorado Heating & Air Limited to replace this hunk of junk in a couple months, and get to some good energy savings!

Jared was fantastic. He was prompt on answering my email and calls. He quoted a price and it did not change. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and made sure I understood what he was going to do.

303 Heat went above and beyond to fix the heater. They were honest, fair, and took their time to install the heater properly. Even worked on a Sunday so they could install a new unit as quick as possible. Roberto, you are the man. Company is definitely worth the 5 star rating. Everyone I talked to was not only professional and friendly but honest which is rare to find. Will definitely be calling them again when the time comes.

What a great experience ... Jared shared his knowledge and expertise in such a kind and humble manner ... he and Roberto were attentive to the care of my home in performing their tasks with new furnace and ac replacement ... I feel blessed and am very grateful to have followed my neighbors recommendation for 303 Heat!!
