Excellent experience all around. Fast service, knowledgable, honest (not over-estimating the size of the system, unlike some of his competitors). Much thanks for his help in getting us the correct new air-conditioning system installed for thousands of dollars less than what others quoted.

UPDATE: Just called Jared again as we were having issues with our furnace(not his work). We were a bit desperate as the weather was below freezing and the furnace was blowing cold air! He once again arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and repaired our problem, and did a full tune-up, to-boot. The best is that he explained the problem clearly and educated us how to prevent it in the future. His super user-friendly online scheduling and invoicing system is the cherry on top!

Jared was responsive when our property's furnace stopped working on a cold day and fit us into his schedule with a complimentary service call. He got the furnace up and running and when he did, he noted some concerns with the unit. Given the age of the furnace and the problems noted, he gave us the option of replacement without any pressure, and offered to credit the cost of the part that was originally required against the cost of replacing the furnace. We had a great experience with Colorado Heating & Air.

If you're looking for a quality HVAC installation, look no further. Jared Herrman and the 303 Heat team deliver quality work at a very fair price. The job at my house was more complicated than most. We live in a 130 year old house with a flat roof. Jared and his team installed a two zone system with a new furnace, hot water heaters, humidifier, compressor and rooftop heat pump with ductless splits. It was a big expensive job and we hit a bunch of roadblocks along the way. Jared stuck with the project and pushed it over the finish line. I recommend Jared and his team without reservation.

Jared and the 303Heat team are exceptional when it comes to HVAC. Jared proved his ethics and integrity as an HVAC professional when I was quoting two air conditioners, he came in below the competition and provided quality products and service that have stood the test of time. During the installation process he even found an error the builder made on our home that would've drastically decreased the performance of our air conditioner and let us know so that we could resolve it with our builder. He has been professional, timely, courteous and respectful in all of our interactions. His prices have been more than fair and he always does quality work. My furnace stopped working. I thought it was the pilot light, but was wrong. I called Colorado Heating and Air because of their great reviews and because of their proximity to my location. Jared showed up an hour later. He identified the problem right away and presented me with multiple options. He never pressured me to choose one option over another. He just explained the facts. He had to leave and go pick up a couple items he needed to replace, replaced them, and cleaned up my furnace. He was thorough, explained things well, and extremely reasonable in his pricing. ...from first contact, when April took my request over the phone ( on a weekend ), and said someone would be contacting me shortly...i thought - ok, maybe monday...but within an hour Jared did call and was super helpful with my request for a blower and helped out way more... he was expert to answer my questions, interested in what i wanted the blower for, improved on the general design of my project, and made my weekend way better as all other hivac companies i contacted were in no way helpful-- dead ends all of them !...ol' time personal care and service !!!...with the high tech expertise and skill required !!

Wow! Great A/C service at a very fair price. I have had many service trades and repairmen through my house this summer and 303Heat stands out as one of the best.
Roberto was professional, took the time to put covers on his shoes and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem in a logical way. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and only did what was necessary to get my A/C up and running again. Finding an honest, smart trained professional is a rarity, in my experience, so I will definately be calling 303Heat in the future.

Jared showed up on time, and quickly fixed our air conditioning. He didn't try to upsell, and was completely honest about the problem. He wore a mask the entire time. After some bad experiences, we will definitely use them if we need an HVAC repair!
