They were responsive and came out right at the beginning of their window when no one other companies were available. They were professional, friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and double checked everything to make sure it was good before leaving. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used 303 Heat for our A/C not working after upgrading the thermostat to nest. Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and was walking me through all the diagnoses he was performing and was ready to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend him.

Service from 303Heat was GREAT from beginning to end! Oftentimes when you contact a vendor they make you feel guilty about requesting an appointment and service but NOT at 303. The scheduling process was welcoming and accommodating. Even when I had to cancel and reschedule they were fantastic about accommodating our needs. Jared arrived on time, asked what our needs were and explained what he was going to be doing. He was very professional in his approach and thorough in his process. After completing the work needed Jared explained how things went and added forward going guidance for maintenance.
Prices were competitive especially for the quality of service.

303 Heat was a great company to work with. John was the team member that came out to actually install our new system. He informed us that our current concrete foundation was too small for the new unit, so he and Jared (303 Heat Owner) broke up our concrete pad, hauled away the concrete, put in a new synthetic concrete "pad" and didn't charge us a single penny more! Jared is very knowledgeable and his wife is super responsive and friendly when trying to schedule. We called on Thursday, Jared came out to look at it on Friday and it was installed (Saturday/Sunday). I would highly recommend!!

I called 303 Heat on Wednesday, Jared came out next day for an estimate, and we had our new furnace and AC Unit installed within a week. Prices were very fair and he did a great job! Very honest, personable and happy to explain why he recommends certain products/work. We will be happy to use 303 Heat for all our heating/cooling needs in the future.

We had a guy come check out our AC system after it stopped working. The guy diagnosed it with a short in the system and recommended a complete replacement because according to him the system was over 20 years old and it would only continue to have problems if we fixed it. Our system was installed in 2020, and the model of AC we have was not even manufactured until after 2013 so there is no way that what he told us was accurate. We were out of town when this happened so my brother was the one that was there and I believe he was trying to take advantage of the fact that the owners were not there by trying to get us to spend $8,000-$10,000 on a new system (that’s the price he roughly quoted us). We ended up having another company come and check it out, they fixed the problem for $500 which is less than half of what 303 had quoted us for fixing the short. Do your research before trusting this company. Very disappointed in how they tried to take advantage of us.

We loved working with 303 Heat to get our new AC/Heating system installed at our new house. Jared and April were very knowledgeable and responsive as we navigated our search for an HVAC contractor. They provided us with a reasonable estimate and walked us through our options. We highly recommend them and look forward to continue working with them for years to come.

Towards the end of last winter, our old heating system decided to retire without providing us any notice. We contacted 303 heat via email to get a quote, and they were quick to respond and set up a time with us that worked for everyone. Very nice and professional. Appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns.

The install of our new heating system went very much the same way. The installer was very affable and made the experience stress-free! Very happy with every step of this process!

They showed up right on time, very professional and clean, even quiet. Every time I walked by, or checked on them they were very transparent, explained what they were doing and why. They gave me a debrief before they headed out. Even has a little problem with the electrician that came before them, and they were all over it. I would 100% recommend them as well as repeat business.
