Matt showed up early to fix the beer cooler. He was excellent to work with... really professional and courteous. He got the job done quickly and was open and honest about the work needed. Definitely recommended DNI!

I have a complicated radiant chiller system that most companies won't touch. DNI wasn't daunted by the complexity. Levi in particular went above and beyond to explain the issues and needed repairs. He went out of his way on a weekend to make sure the system was fully functioning before a cold snap. There was some lack of clarity about billing which is why I didn't give 5 stars, but when I brought up these issues they were addressed to my satisfaction. The people who work for DNI have been kind, friendly, very responsive and professional.

Our boiler went out and we were completely without heat. DNI’s on call weekend service technician helped me do some troubleshooting over the phone just to make sure there wasn’t an easy fix. Levi came the next day for a service call and quickly found and fixed the problem. He explained the repair and made sure we had heat before he finished. Very appreciative of the excellent and responsive service!

Changed my air filter and suddenly the AC wasn’t turning on. Tried all the simple troubling shooting but nothing worked. Barrac was able to come and fix things quickly in a pinch. Come to find out a wire came loose during the filter switch. It was 90 today and my place was starting to boil so much appreciated. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Steele from DNI was fantastic. Explained everything he needed to do to diagnose and then fix our problem. He was able to get our Cold Trap back to proper working temperatures in a very timely manner. We understand our system better and know what to watch for in the future to keep our system working as it is intended. We highly recommend DNI for any industrial refrigeration applications. Started my experience with a very friendly customer service interaction with customer service rep on the phone when my furnace was short cycling. Chris responded to my call very quickly and was wonderful to work with! He quickly identified several items that were occurring. He has a great knowledge of his industry and answered several questions outside the scope of the original call. While discussing the current issue, he also made recommendations for future planning. As a homeowner, this information is greatly appreciated and he gave honest opinions as well. He was able to provide an AC replacement quote as well. Chris was very fair in the pricing and conscious of telling me what each charge represented. This was my first experience with DNI and I am happy to share that Chris left an impression. 2022 Update: Matt did a wonderful job installing a blower motor and wheel on my furnace. He went above and beyond to make the install successful. DNI will continue to be my preferred shop!

Needed to get The a/c fixed in preparation for summer and Barrac E helped me out and expertly answered any and all of my questions and now my a/c runs like god.

Levi S is such a hard worker and very personable. Thanks DNI for the quality work.
