DNI is an amazing company and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! They are also a locally owned company that is based right here in the Front Range where many others might appear to be - but actually aren't. The other thing to look out for is companies who only want to "test" your equipment (for a fee), yet have zero clue how to actually diagnose AND fix the problem. OR they want to sell you new equipment when you don't need it. DNI has literally been the only company I've run into that sends out experienced and knowledgable technicians every time, do awesome work and are also super easy work with!

Barrac elgee was great to work with! He came out and fixed our ice machine in a timely manner and explained what happened thoroughly.

Burning up when our A/C went out, but Barrac got to us the next day after we called. Second floor apartment with no A/C can get brutal in the summer. Thank you, for the quick turnaround.
