We had a major issue with our sewer line in the basement requiring removing part of the tile and replacing sewer line. Luke and his team were excellent, prompt and courteous . We appreciated their communication of the progress, high quality of work and respectfulness of property. We will definitely use them again should any plumbing issues arise.

Barrac Elgee helped me with heater repair. He was very knowledgeable able to identify the problem fast and accurately did a great job. He is very professional, respectful and kind. Thanks Barrac. Jeanine McMahon

Just moved into a Denver condo, my first home, and a week later the water heater failed! I called DNI because I lived up in Berthoud for a bit and have family and friends who recommend them. Two plumbers were out within a couple of hours and I had a new, gorgeously installed water heater by mid-afternoon.

Robbie and Jordan were great - friendly, understanding, funny, detail-oriented, clearly knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to explain the tech/hardware and answer any questions I had.

These fixes are never cheap, but I do feel my money was well spent on a solid product, good service, and a quality installation.

This business is not trustworthy or reputable. They have agreed to service our functioning boiler for app. $250. They came to our property and saw that they are not able to perform the agreed service. They proceeded to give us a quote for a replacement of the system. They then billed us for 2 hours of their time and drive, app. $380 total. This was a lot more than the quoted price we agreed to up front.
I would never recommend them. The old Red Line Heating company that they replaced was trustworthy and accountable. These owners are NOT. DO NOT USE THEM.

We moved our business to Longmont last year and DNI has been a godsend resolving numerous issues with our freezers and refrigerators, including installation of new equipment. Whenever you're in a bind, they respond quickly, even at night or weekends. In particular, Deane is awesome. I've lost count how many times he has bailed us out of emergency situations.

Our water heater died on us on Saturday! 3.5 days with no hot water!! but then Wednesday morning, these guys were here to save the day! 😊 a handsome curly haired gentleman (Didn't get his name) was very nice and professional and explained to all of the residents here in my area the time we should be good to start using the hot water! Good job guys! 💪 Thank you!

Mike and Trenton did an excellent job with my HVAC revamp on my kitchen remodel. They were professional and thorough and cleaned up after everything was finished. I highly recommend DNI.

Isaac has been incredible with customer service since the beginning. We were having issues with our radiant heating system for several months and Isaac walked me through different steps to take, on several occasions over the phone or over text message, to try and fix the issue. When the issue kept persisting, Isaac didn't send out his guys, but made the effort to personally come out, with Dean, to pinpoint the issue and ensure that the issue was fixed. You cannot go wrong working with Isaac! He makes sure you are taken care of!
