I called to make an appointment and they were able to come out right away which was great. Mike arrived to my house on time and was friendly. However, when the services were done he charged me for 1.5 hours of labor when he was here for 29 minutes. He also charged me 30 minutes of drive time which really threw me for a loop when I live in Mead and this company is based in Mead apparently. I called the office a few days later to request some money back because I think $307 to change an air filter and blow out the outside unit is a little pricey. I was told someone in accounting would call me back which never happened. I received an updated statement with a $70 credit, but no phone call like I was promised. After a few days I realized the $70 credit never went back on my card so I called again. The lady in accounting was new and had no idea how to process a credit onto a credit card. After another 2 days she figured this out. I told her I would like to speak with an office manager and she said she could get one of the owners to call me back. Once again no phone call ever came. I called back a few days later and left a message for someone in charge to call me back and again, no phone call. Never again...

DNI installed an AC unit for me well over a year ago. I’m writing this review because of my experience with their follow-up and warranty service. Their price was reasonable and it appeared they had a good reputation.

Although there were a few issues that went along with the installation, the owner called me and ensured me he wanted to make things right. He did.

I understand sometimes things don't go well on large projects, but DNI definitely made it right. I appreciate that.

Dean with Dni is the only person I trust to work on our boilers and HVAC equipment.

Everyone here is a delight to work with, but the plumbers are spectacular. Jordan and Rob are the best!

Holy Cow!!!! Just when you think quality svc has disappeared, Mike and his crew renewed my faith in humanity! I would recommended DNI to anyone who still wants expert caring svc. They are the best!

The maintenance tech showed up quickly and repaired my furnace problem and also explained maintenance agreement which I signed up for . Angel Rodriguez was very pleasant and helpful and lived up to his name "angel". I would highly recommend DNI Heating!!!
