    When our water main line burst and flooded our basement, the "other guys" gave us a quote that was WAY out of our price range. We called Good Guys and got a quote that was 1/3-1/2 the price, and the job was done the next day. We were so grateful! Good Guys has earned our loyalty!

    Fast forward two years, Good Guys comes through again. Efficient, friendly, honest and timely.

    I don't usually take the time to do this but I had a very poor experience with Good Guys Plumbing. They charged 800$ more for the service than any other company in town and then the owner hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about what cost so much. They also could not give me a break down for the cost. Ultimately, it was my fault because I didn't call around first. It was bad timing where I was at home alone and my basement was flooding and didn't have time to get quotes. In the end I have to take the blame myself because I really should have called to get quotes first. Overall I would definitely not recommend them for not only the cost but also the horrible customer service. I don't think I've ever been hung up on before and I think that got me the most.

    I recently used Good Guys to do some work on a house that had not been winterized properly, the work was done timely, however the plumber left a leak in a pipe and my house a total mess. The plumber had walked around the house with muddy shoes, leaving mud and water everywhere. There was work done in the crawl space and insulation was removed and not replaced but left on the ground in the crawl space. After several attempts to contact Good Guys to fix the leak that was left, I did not receive a return phone call and had to hire a different plumber to fix the leak.

    My old boiler quit soon after Christmas. Good Guys came out to my house way out in the foothills and installed a new, high-efficiency unit. Stayed until 6:30 on New Year's eve to make sure it was perfect. Didn't charge a premium for that service. Can't say enough good things about their knowledge, punctuality, and work ethic.

    Great experience from start to finish. Jediah worked hard with our Home Warranty company to make sure we were taken care of. He provided us with options of different systems to choose the best option for our home. Our system is quiet, and works great. The installation was done in a day. Definately good guys!

    I have used Good Guys for both plumbing and A/C issues. Both experiences were great. The techs were polite and informative and did not pressure for unnecessary parts or labor. I am a very happy and comfortable customer.

    Words literally cannot express how happy I am with Good Guys Plumbing. I had some horrendous drain backup/ clog situations and Matt came out the same day. Matt ran into some problems of his own as this was a bad situation, but his persistence in finding a solution paid off. Matt did not want to make holes in my wall if at all possible, even after I told him to go ahead and do it. Matt would not give up and bingo, paydirt. I am one happy homeowner and a new steady customer of Good Guys Plumbing. Good work, and please keep it up.

    Good Guys Plumbing have terrible communication skills. When you first call it is like you are directed via a call center and the person just takes details. A 'skilled plumber' then sets a time for consultation and promises an emailed quote before any work is completed - this is false. Repairs were done to a rental property of ours without our consent and then the tenant was asked to pay. We have still never seen a quote, nor had a bill/receipt for the work completed. I have emailed 4 times without response and called (to the same call center) twice and promised a return call......and still nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    Just moved into a Fort Collins condo. Knowing the value of a working furnace as winter approaches, I called Good Guys for a service check. Bill came within a day and found problems that a replacement motor will solve. Can't say enough about his good service and highly recommend Good Guys!

    I own a property in Fort Collins that I rent to local students (go Rams!). I live in Idaho though, so when the shower stopped working, I called Jake and the team to come out and get the water flowing again (college kids need showers). I was initially quoted a little over $600 for the job, but since Jake was able to fix the issue for much cheaper, I saved almost 50%! What's more, we had trouble locating the water shutoff valve, but Jake was a kind, patient professional every step of the way. I just can't speak enough to the integrity of the team. They could have easily charged me double for a job I wasn't available to physically be there to see for myself, but they did the right thing. That speaks volumes to me, and it means so much to know they're going to take care of the people they can't meet, in addition to the ones they can. I highly recommend
    Jake, Bob, and the team, and I would call them again in a heartbeat--no doubt about it!
